Natoe Goba’s journey into compassionate care began with a deeply held belief in the power of empathy and connection. With over six years of extensive nursing experience, Natoe built her career on a foundation of dedication, adaptability, and a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Her path began at Washington Hospital Center, where she honed her skills as part of their nursing residency program. Driven by an adventurous spirit and a passion for growth, Natoe expanded her expertise through travel nursing, serving communities in California, New York, and Texas. Across roles that ranged from medical-surgical nursing to supporting patients in pulmonary stepdown units, she developed a holistic understanding of care that values both the physical and emotional well-being of individuals.
Natoe’s commitment to service extends beyond hospital walls. She has volunteered with non-profits like Shepherd’s Table in Silver Spring, Maryland, and partnered with local organizations to feed the homeless and provide personal hygiene kits. These experiences deepened her understanding of the profound impact compassion and community can have in addressing life’s challenges.
After completing her nurse practitioner studies at Walden University and earning licensure in Maryland, Natoe took the next step in her mission to broaden access to quality care. She founded Aveon, a home care service driven by her vision of blending professional excellence with heartfelt empathy. Natoe’s leadership reflects her belief that care is not just about meeting needs—it’s about restoring balance, fostering dignity, and lifting people up when they need it most.
